If you live in a remote location, please contact us directly to confirm availability and discuss specific logistics.


2. Shipping Methods

We offer two reliable shipping options for your convenience:

a. Ground Transportation

  • Available for clients within a reasonable driving distance from our home base.

  • Hand-delivered by our trusted pet transport partners or Kate & Hove team members.

  • Includes frequent rest stops and attentive care throughout the journey.

b. Air Transport

  • Ideal for long-distance buyers, we organize safe domestic air travel via reputable pet-friendly airlines.

  • Flights are scheduled considering weather conditions and the puppy’s age and health.

  • Puppies fly in climate-controlled, IATA-approved crates to ensure maximum comfort and safety.

Note: We do not ship internationally — shipping is available within Australia only.


3. Shipping Cost

Shipping costs vary depending on your location and preferred delivery method.

  • A flat rate may apply to specific zones.

  • For other areas, we provide a custom quote based on distance and logistics.

You will receive a detailed shipping estimate at the time of purchase or puppy reservation.


4. Age & Health Requirements

To prioritize your puppy’s wellbeing:

  • We only ship puppies after they are at least 8 weeks old and have received their first round of vaccinations.

  • Each puppy is accompanied by a Health Certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian.

  • If weather or health conditions pose a risk, shipping will be delayed to protect the puppy.


5. Delivery Timeline

Once your puppy is ready for travel, we’ll coordinate with you to schedule a delivery or flight date.

  • Most deliveries occur within 3–10 business days after final payment and veterinary clearance.

  • You will receive tracking details or live updates on the day of shipment.


6. Pickup Option

Prefer to collect your puppy in person?
You’re welcome to pick up your puppy directly from our location in Australia.

We highly encourage local families to choose this option — it gives you a chance to meet your puppy and us in a relaxed, welcoming environment.


7. Buyer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, buyers must:

  • Be available to receive the puppy upon arrival.

  • Provide a quiet, safe space at home for the puppy to settle in.
